Shipping & Returns

Shipping Domestic

All orders received will be shipped within 3-5 business days.  Custom orders currently have a 2 - 4 week turnaround time.  

Shipping International

As much as we would love to be able to offer the full range of products everywhere in the world, there are some things - like our wreaths made from foraged plant material - that we are unable to ship to some destinations.  If you like the look of our wreaths or other items like that contact us and we will work with you to create something similar that will make it through customs.  

The same turnaround times apply for domestic and international orders.

Returns

We want to make sure that you love every item you receive from us.  If you are unsatisfied with your order contact us to arrange a return.  Returns are limited to within 30 days after purchase date to ensure a refund.  After this date we are only able to give store credit, or an exchange.  Please note that we are unable to accommodate returns on custom orders.  Please return your item in the original packaging with your order slip, and ensure that it is still in brand new condition.  We are unable to refund shipping costs on returned items.  If the item was damaged in shipping contact us to make arrangements for a repair or replacement.  If you need to change your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible.
